Sealed floors for sensitive spaces.
From clinical sheet vinyl to floors that carry vehicle traffic — every one starts with a substrate that has been ground, levelled and moisture tested before a single sheet or tile is laid.

Two families, one standard of preparation.
- Homogeneous sheet vinyl — medical grade
- Heat-welded seams for a fully sealed surface
- 100 mm coved skirting with capping strip
- Luxury vinyl tile and heterogeneous sheet
- Anti-slip treatment to wet areas and washrooms
- Carpet tile, broadloom and raised access floors
- Ceramic and porcelain with levelling systems
- Mechanical grinding, levelling and moisture testing
- Polished concrete for workshop and showroom
- Epoxy and PU seamless resin systems
- Removal and certified disposal of existing floors
- Substrate repair and screed reinstatement

Preparation is most of the job.
Common questions.
Can you replace flooring in a hospital that stays open?
Yes. In one government hospital we sequenced works ward by ward under infection-control (ICRA/PCRA) protocols so adjacent departments stayed open throughout, with hoarding, dust screening and negative-pressure zones set up before an area was opened up.
What makes a vinyl floor 'sealed'?
Every seam is heat-welded and every wall junction is finished with 100 mm coved skirting and a capping strip, producing a continuous surface without joints where dirt and moisture can collect.
Which vinyl ranges do you install?
Forbo Sphera StarT homogeneous vinyl and equivalent clinical ranges, sourced through authorised UAE distribution, plus LVT, heterogeneous sheet, carpet tile and raised access floors.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes. We remove existing coverings and dispose of them to designated municipal yards, with waste transfer records included in the handover file.
What warranty comes with clinical vinyl?
Typically a ten-year manufacturer material warranty, plus our twelve-month workmanship warranty on all works.
