Common questions.
Can you do MEP works without a full fit-out?
Yes. At one government hospital we were awarded separate mechanical, plumbing, electrical and equipment scopes — back-up air-conditioning, grease-trap drainage, an IT room build-out and emergency lighting — each quoted and delivered on its own.
Do you provide test certificates?
Yes. Insulation resistance, earth continuity, RCD trip tests, emergency lighting duration, air balancing and pressure test readings are recorded and issued with the O&M pack.
Who submits to DEWA and Civil Defence?
We coordinate DEWA applications and Civil Defence submissions and inspections in-house; fire and life-safety works are carried out with Civil Defence approved partners.
Do you have engineers, or only technicians?
Both. Four civil and MEP engineers handle design, method statements and inspection, supported by more than fifty technicians and helpers.
